the banks of the St Lucie River with a breathtaking view of the Roosevelt Bridge
in lovely Stuart, Florida – “the Sailfish Capital of the World”. |

FREE Parking: |
Parking is available on all levels of the Parking Garage in any spot marked “509
Bldg Doctor’s Office Parking” or any unmarked spot. It is recommended that
you park near the NW corner of the garage near where the elevator is located.
Take elevator to the ground floor if you park on a higher level. Follow
the cross walk to the 509 Building entrance. |
Assistance: |
The complimentary Golf-Cart Shuttle
provides a ride from your car to our building entrance if needed. Be
prepared to give the location of your vehicle and call 223-5741 should you need
assistance. |

Directions to East Florida
Eye Institute
Patients flying into Stuart can arrive at Palm Beach International (PBI) airport which is 35 minutes South of us. Private aircraft can land at Witham Field in Stuart about 5” away from the Institute.
We are located in the 509 Building at Martin Memorial Medical Center North,
at the NW corner of the hospital grounds on the 3rd floor of the Surgi-Center building. In the 509 building, take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

| From the North/South via I-95: |
- I-95 to EXIT 101 toward Stuart.
- Head EAST for 6 miles on SR-76, Kanner Highway to US 1.
- Cross US Hwy 1 (Kanner Highway becomes Colorado Avenue after crossing US 1).
- Proceed to roundabout and take 1st RIGHT onto SE Ocean Blvd.
- Continue on SE Ocean Blvd for approx. 1/2 mile, turn LEFT onto Hospital
Ave.

| From the North/South via FL Turnpike: |
- FL Turnpike Exit 133.
- Pay toll and proceed straight onto Martin Downs Blvd; go through 6
lights.
- Cross the Palm City Bridge and take the first LEFT at the foot of the bridge
turning EAST onto Kanner Highway.
- Heading EAST, crossing US Hwy1 (Kanner Highway becomes Colorado Avenue) enter
roundabout and take first RIGHT onto SE Ocean Blvd.
- Turn LEFT onto Hospital Ave.

- Take US 1 to Colorado Ave in Stuart.
- Turn EAST onto Colorado Ave.
- Enter roundabout and take first RIGHT onto SE Ocean Blvd.
- Turn LEFT onto Hospital Ave.

- From Monterey turn LEFT onto SE Ocean Blvd.
- Follow SE Ocean for 1.2 mi.
- Turn RIGHT onto Hospital Ave.

| From Witham Field Airport: |
1. As you exit the airport, turn RIGHT onto A1A
2. Turn RIGHT on Palm Beach Road
3. Turn LEFT on East Ocean Blvd
